Equipment and Workmanship Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage:

Equipment Warranty: All equipment sold by Watson TV (Worcestershire) Ltd is covered by a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty includes repair or replacement of defective parts or the entire product, at the discretion of Watson TV (Worcestershire) Ltd, at no additional cost to the customer.

Workmanship Warranty: All services provided by Watson TV (Worcestershire) Ltd are covered by a 12-month warranty on workmanship. In the event of any issues arising due to faulty workmanship within the warranty period, Watson TV (Worcestershire) Ltd will rectify the problem promptly and without extra charges to the customer.

Warranty Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.
Any alterations made to the equipment or services by parties other than Watson TV (Worcestershire) Ltd voids the warranty.
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by environmental factors are not covered under this warranty.

Warranty Claims:

Customers must report any defects or issues covered under the warranty to Watson TV (Worcestershire) Ltd within the warranty period.
Warranty claims will be processed promptly upon receipt of the complaint, and appropriate action will be taken to resolve the issue.

Customer Responsibilities:

For services covered under the warranty, customers must notify Watson TV (Worcestershire) Ltd immediately if they notice any issues or defects.
Customers must cooperate with Watson TV (Worcestershire) Ltd to facilitate the warranty claim process, including providing access to the equipment or premises for inspection or repair.
